Health cover, provisioned and settled.
XceedWell runs employee health benefits from enrolment to settlement. Staff choose plans and add family on their phone, agentic review prepares every approval, and providers are enrolled and paid on schedule. Nothing moves without your approval.
From Talpro Software, trusted with $6B+ in payroll
Trusted by growing African businesses
Health cover was a perk. Now it’s the law.
Under Nigeria’s NHIA Act and Kenya’s SHIF, every employer has to get it right, every month.
Everyone must be covered
Who is covered, who is still in their waiting period, and who has slipped through: you need to know at any moment.
The cover is hybrid
HMO plans for your team, direct-hospital cover for your executives, and several providers, each with their own way of enrolling.
The money never quite adds up
Joiners, leavers and plan changes mid-month, employer and employee shares, and provider invoices to match.
Prepared for you, approved by you.
From enrolment to settlement, with a person signing off every step that matters.
- 1
Staff enrol on their phone
They see the plans they’re eligible for, compare them with clear reasons, and add family. Dependants already in Xceed365HR add in one click.
- 2
Agentic review, HR decides
Every enrolment arrives with 10 policy checks done and anything unusual flagged. HR approves, rejects or asks for a correction.
- 3
Providers enrolled
Approved members go to each provider by API, secure file or portal. When cover is confirmed, staff get a QR e-card by WhatsApp, SMS and email.
- 4
Settled every month
Premiums pro-rated to the day, collected, paid to providers via XceedPulse, and reconciled, or flagged with a named exception.
- HR sync
- Eligibility
- Plan choice
- Dependants

Built on Talpro’s agentic platform: every agent works through XceedNexus, and anything consequential waits for a confirmation.
One record. A view for everyone who touches it.
Each person sees what their role needs, and nothing more.
Employees
Choose a plan, add family, track the enrolment and carry a QR e-card. An assistant answers “What does my plan cover?” and “Can I add my spouse?”
HR
An approval queue where every enrolment comes with its policy checks and a recommendation. Approval is always a person’s call.
Benefits administrators
Plans and eligibility, provider submissions, bulk onboarding, and an exceptions workbench where every issue has an owner, a deadline and a suggested fix.
Finance
Monthly settlement runs, provider costs, payment schedules and a payroll deduction file for each employee’s share.
Executives
Cost and coverage across every market, and their own cover: HMO and direct-hospital care side by side, billed per visit at contracted rates.
Hospitals
Scan the e-card to confirm cover in real time. The check shows cover status only, never clinical or salary data.
Your statutory position, live.
Know where you stand before anyone asks, with the paperwork generated from your own data.
Nigeria · NHIA
- Who is covered or in progress, who is in the waiting period, and who is uncovered past it
- Bulk onboarding of baseline cover for anyone uncovered
- Provider remittance status, with overdue payments flagged
- NHIA remittance proof generated from live data, timestamped and fingerprinted
Kenya · SHIF
- SHIF worked out at 2.75% of gross pay
- Private top-up cover on top of SHIF, in shillings
- The SHIF return generated from live data
- Employee share and SHIF together in the payroll deduction file
Your data, minimised: XceedWell holds only what it needs to run benefits, providers receive only enrolment details, and every access is audited.

Explore Xceed365HRQuestions employers ask
Does the agentic review approve enrolments on its own?
No. It runs the policy checks, flags anything unusual and makes a recommendation. HR always makes the decision, and anything consequential goes to a confirmation step.
Which countries does XceedWell cover?
Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana, with Nigeria’s NHIA Act and Kenya’s SHIF built in. Other markets are added as configuration, with statutory details confirmed locally in your demo.
Can we run HMO plans and direct-hospital cover together?
Yes. HMO and direct-hospital cover live side by side in one record. Executives’ hospital visits are billed against an employer wallet at contracted rates, with pre-authorisation where needed.
What happens when someone joins or leaves mid-month?
Premiums are pro-rated to the day for joiners, leavers and plan changes, and you can onboard staff in bulk.
How are providers paid?
Each month XceedWell works out what is owed, collects it, pays providers via XceedPulse, Talpro’s payments product, and reconciles the result. Any difference becomes a named exception with an owner.
What can a hospital see when it checks an e-card?
Cover status only: member, plan, provider and cover dates. Never clinical or salary data.
Do we need Xceed365HR to use it?
No. XceedWell runs native to Xceed365HR, or on its own alongside any HR system through an API sync or a CSV roster import.
